Work Skills and Work Experience Program is idea for those who are qualified with a Diploma or Degree in their chosen field of study and looking forward to equip themselves with International Work Skills. It’s structured in a such a way that students not only will learn about skills but also give a unique opportunity to practice under an assessed work placement.

This program as such is currently offered only in UK and that too at EDEXCEL accredited institutions and which are approved by UKBA (Immigration department and Border Agency of UK). It’s a study and work program licensed to offer at the ratio of 50:50 as per the awarding body as well as the current UKBA law.

Its conveniently restructured and offered as six months class room studies (about work skills) in the beginning followed by 12 months assessed work placement (PAID) in the relevant fields, as per the academic back ground of the student. An assessed work placement is mandatory in this program and it is mainly required to provide a real work environment for students to practice the skills they would have learned while attending the class room studies. The remaining 6 months are used for self assessments and assignments under the assigned tutor.

Here, all parties are in a win win-win situation as students make the maximum use of the opportunity to practice while on a real work placement and at the end of it they even gain an international work experience that add more value to their CVs, apart from earning in regular wages. By offering a real work environment and placement in association with a participating Employer, the institution does justice to the program structure and demand. The Employers get their work done from the work placement opportunities offered to the students who are otherwise, already qualified with the subject / work knowledge.

Health Care is suggested to Nurses, Physiotherapists, Natural (Ayurveda) Therapists, Social workers etc.

Hospitality is good for people with Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.

Business is suggested to Diploma or Degree holders with subjects related to Business or any degree with some work experience in Business.

Successful completion of the course makes students equipped with the knowledge and experience of all the skills required to perform well in their work place. It makes them fully employable.

Nurses, Therapists and Social workers can undergo the professional registration formalities with the concerned councils / assessment bodies while or after completing the program. They may even think about progressing on higher level studies.

Hospitality is a fast growing and the largest job providing industry in the world.
