B. E. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING IN GERMANY

Students study Mechanical Engineering through modern laboratories and state-of-the-art equipment instead of vague theory. Students will get the theory, industrial, and practical experience together.

This course will be a head start for the pupil’s future career. Students can choose a specialisation based on their interests.

The first year will cover the fundamentals of engineering and science while gaining knowledge in the basics of mechanical engineering. The first year is like an orientation phase where the student discovers their specialisation interest.

By the end of the third semester, the aspirant can choose one out of the four areas; digital product development (Virtual development works, CAD), laser and surface technology (wear, tear, corrosion-resistant, durability, new coating types), resource-efficient manufacturing technology (less material, less cost, withstand stress), and micromobility (e-scooters, e-cars, automation, the future).

The candidate need not be afraid of math, as technology is the core of mechanical engineering.

B.E. Mechanical Engineering in Germany begins in the winter as a six-semester course. This course is a full-time course, and the language will be German.

Society recognises mechanical engineers who graduated from Germany worldwide. There are around 60,000 vacancies in Germany for engineers.

Though mechanical and plant engineering will change in the future, we will always need junior engineers for the present and the future.

The graduate can pursue a master’s program in the same mechanical field if they wish.
