School education
Grade 10 and Grade 12 results and completion certificates, or their equivalents. Include subject-wise results and the awarding board.
Diploma or university study
All semester or year-wise marksheets, available transcripts and the final or provisional award certificate. Include earlier qualifications relevant to your progression.
Subject and grading details
The grading scale and minimum passing grade. For subject-specific entry, course descriptions, module details or credit information may also be needed.
Transfers or interrupted study
Records from each institution attended, including transferred credits, incomplete qualifications and any repeat or pending papers.
Current studies and pending qualifications
Current enrolment
Exact programme name, institution, awarding body, start date and current year or semester.
Results available so far
Latest marksheets or transcripts for completed terms. Include subjects, credits and any pending or repeat examinations.
Completion and final results
Expected completion and result dates. Share predicted grades only if your institution issues them; identify them clearly as predicted.

Tell KCR which final results or certificates are pending. Update the team when they become available so the shortlist can be reviewed.
Prepare clear copies for course shortlisting
Send readable copies of all pages, including reverse pages with grading information. Keep names, dates and qualification titles consistent. If a record is not in English, share the original and any available translation. KCR will advise if an official translation is needed for a particular application.
These records support the initial search. Universities may require additional or formally certified documents at the application stage. Ask KCR how to submit your records when you register.
