- A passport used for the online application should have been issued within the previous ten years. It should also contain at least two empty visa pages.
APS Certificate for Germany VFS Student Visa
- The APS certificate is important for many students with Indian academic qualifications.
- APS India checks the authenticity of academic documents. It also confirms the result of the academic verification.
- The certificate does not guarantee university admission or visa approval.
- Students should apply under the correct APS procedure. They must submit complete and accurate documents.
- APS is generally required when an applicant studied at an Indian school, college or university.
- Some exemptions may apply. These can include certain PhD applicants, public scholarship holders and students holding non-Indian qualifications.

Evidence of Funds for a German Student Visa
Students must show that they can support themselves in Germany.

- Such services are optional unless clearly stated otherwise.
- For national visas, the current visa fee is EUR 75.
- The amount is collected in Indian rupees at the exchange rate applicable on the appointment date. VFS charges an additional service fee.
