Research project 4transfer of the federal-state initiative “Innovative University”

Fiscal effects from the headquarters gap for the Central German communities

The primary objective of this research activity is to figure out the level to which the present tax allocation, particularly the trade tax, leads to inequalities in distribution and to determine whether modifications within the legislative structure of the existing taxes could address these inequalities.

Saxon Municipal Key Figure Set

It is a joint project with the State Ministry of the Interior, the Court of Auditors, the State Directorate, the Association of Cities and Municipalities and the District Association.

The joint project aims to create a standardized municipal key figure system for Saxony based on existing systems like KGSt and the Bertelsmann Foundation.

Housing and Accommodation

Within the student housing complex, each student is allocated living units that have three individual rooms, a kitchen area and a bathroom facility. The shower facilities are jointly utilized by two residential units.

Additionally, the institution rents out flats in the city to students in order to fully meet their housing needs.

IT Service
